What are in your words the strengths of your firm?
“High-quality service provided to our clients in a timely and efficient manner; long-standing staff who are loyal and experienced: relationships with clients; the range of services we provide and clients can avail of all or some; relationship with stakeholders like the Revenue & Irish Tax Institute; forward-thinking partners willing to adapt and eager to improve and provide added value so we stand out from other firms.”
What is the most valuable lesson you have learned at your firm?
“To work hard to provide clients with the quality of service and added value to the standard we would want if we ourselves were clients of the practice and to cut clients loose that do not see our value as they are a drain on time and energy, which is valuable.”

What is the best or most rewarding experience you have had at your firm so far?
“We have been shortlisted for the finals of the Irish Accountancy Awards 2020 in three categories, which is a testament of the dedication of the partners and staff of BCC displaying the best of being a team effort. In addition, being a partner in BCC allowed me the time over the last 11 years to work on various committees with Revenue through Irish Tax Institute improving systems and procedures for tax compliance requirements in the working life of accountants.”
What is your favourite statement that you regularly use when advising your clients?

What result you achieved for a client, are you most proud of?
“It is too hard to choose one. However, in numerous cases formulating a plan or new structure for a business that has been both tax-efficient and eased cash flow to save hundreds of thousands in loans, and in a few cases millions.”
How do you see the future of your firm from your perspective?
“We look forward to the efficiencies and expertise Xeinadin will bring in the field of HR, license costs, etcetera. Furthermore, we want to adapt and use technology to move away from manual processing as soon as possible, and we’re looking to merge smaller practices in the area in with us.”
